OrangeZely LLC ("we") sets out below how personal information is handled in "Translation QA" (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information	Email address, name and profile image from your Google account
Usage	Characters processed, number of images, audio duration, timestamps
Content you save	Translation memory, knowledge (reference material), style settings
Payment information	Handled by our payment providers. We never receive your card number.

2. How your content is handled

Text, audio and images submitted for translation are sent to OpenAI's services for processing. This is essential to providing the Service.

We use your input only for the purpose of translation processing.
Translation history (source and translated text) is stored only in your browser and is not stored on our servers.
Content is stored on our servers only when you choose to save it to your translation memory or knowledge base.
Data sent through the OpenAI API is, by default, not used to train their models. Please refer to their terms for details.

3. Purposes of use

Providing the Service and verifying identity
Managing usage limits and billing
Detecting and preventing misuse
Responding to enquiries
Improving the Service (statistical processing that does not identify individuals)

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except with your consent, where required by law, or where we engage the following providers to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Cloudflare, Inc.	Servers and database
Google LLC	Login authentication
RevenueCat, Inc. / Stripe, Inc.	Payments and subscription management

These providers may operate servers outside Japan.

5. Retention

Account information, translation memory, knowledge: while your account exists
Usage records: 30 days from collection
We delete this information when your account is deleted.

6. Your rights

To request disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use of your personal information, contact shintaroorange@gmail.com. We will respond promptly after verifying your identity. You can export or delete your translation memory and knowledge at any time within the app.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your language preference. The Service cannot be used with cookies disabled.
